The community was developed by Winchester Homes, Inc. and Murphy Brothers Contractors, Inc. on what was previously Martins Dairy, a diary farm that processed local farmer's products as well as producing fresh ice cream onsite. We are located off Georgia Avenue/Route 97 and Emory Lane, in the southern part of Olney.
Our neighborhood is served by excellent public and private schools, easy access to Washington and Baltimore, availability of both local small businesses and 'big box' stores, restaurants offering cuisines of all popular tastes and availability of all three of the supermarkets have stores in Olney.
